  • The credit card charge will be processed at the time of the request. Gift cards are activated at the time of purchase
    and non-refundable. Gift cards are valid at any dining location, retail shop or applied to hotel guest room charges.
    Lost or stolen cards are non–refundable. Gift cards are not valid for gambling or slot play.
  • Gift cards expire one year from the purchase date.
  • A $5.75 processing fee will be assessed upon receipt of request.
  • Receipt of the gift cards can be expected in 7 – 10 business days. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
  • All gift cards requested will be sent via CERTIFIED MAIL – RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED.
  • A Mount Airy and spa brochure will be mailed with the gift card.
