Parking/Transportation Shift Manager
Responsible for the operation and management of all parking facilities and valet parking operations, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Clean driving record for past 5 yrs.; 3 to 5 years casino valet parking management experience preferred; Must be able to operate all manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Income Audit Manager
Reviews audits of the daily property revenue figures and supporting accounting records and documents; Reviews casino generated accounting records and reports any deviations from established PGCB regulatory policies and procedures; Journalizes all gaming and non-gaming revenue transactions; Reconciles revenue and any related General Ledger accounts on a monthly basis; Develops and implement Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with the Accounting and Internal Control Submissions; Schedules the duties and assignments of the Income Audit Staff. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment; Accounting or Finance degree required; Broad knowledge of the internal and accounting control procedures of casino operation preferred; Min. 1 - 2 years experience as a supervisor in related field required; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; Working knowledge of other commonly used software is preferred; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.

Shuttle Bus Driver
Responsible for transporting guest and employees to and from the hotel to designated locations ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Reports all vehicle incidents or accidents immediately to supervision; Must be a min. 18 yrs. of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Must possess valid CDL Pennsylvania Driver’s License and clean record for the past three years with passenger endorsements; 1 yr. transportation experience preferred; Must be able to operate all manual and automatic transmission vehicles; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays.

Staff Accountant
Assists with detailed activities associated with maintaining general ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports; Prepares and keys journal entries as needed; Verifies the accuracy of information transmitted to the financial reporting system; Evaluates financial return for capital requests; Tracks and evaluates operating performances; Provides accounting support to other departments as needed; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area required; Candidate for CPA/MBA desired; Two years accounting experience or substitute Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance for experience; Knowledge of Infinium, Cognos, Showcase, Excel and other accounting software packages is a plus; Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Gaming license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.

Cook
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and for seeing that each order sent out is uniform; Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods, proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers; Prepare food items according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes; control food usage to minimize waste; Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis; Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters; May maintain supplies and equipment (trays, china, silver and condiments) for service at the station areas; Advise supervisor of low inventory items and problems related to equipment, food quality, portions, etc; Stocks supplies as requested. Must be flexible to work various shifts.

Steward
Performs heavy cleaning of all kitchens, the walk-in, and the food & beverage portion of the loading dock; assists as directed to clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area in a timely manner; Must be able to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, Stand up and move about the kitchen or other designated areas, handle objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils and bend or stoop or kneel.

EVS Public Area Attendants
Responsible for the highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino floor during the assigned shift; must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent required; one year EVS experience preferred; knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills required; flexible to work assigned shift including weekends and holidays; must be able to obtain a PA Non-Gaming License.
