In order to do business with Mount Airy Casino Resort, and depending on the annual value of the business transacted, you must be certified by or registered with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). If you have not been certified or are not registered, you must complete an application. To determine whether you should file a certification or registration application form, visit the PGCB’s vendor overview.
Along with your application, you must submit a diversity plan statement. Once you are certified or registered, an annual diversity compliance report will also be required. Other application guidelines and fees are available on the PGCB’s vendor overview.
According to the PGCB, Mount Airy Casino Resort must file your certification or registration application for you. When sending your completed application to Mount Airy Casino Resort, be sure to include all necessary materials, including any associated fees.
An approved vendor certification or registration is valid for four years.
Once an application has been submitted, a vendor may conduct business with Mount Airy Casino Resort during the application-approval process.
