Do I have to pay for drinks?
On the gaming floor, non-alcoholic beverages will be provided at no extra cost. You may purchase alcoholic beverages on the gaming floor from cocktail servers or at The Glass Bar.
Where can I park at Mount Airy Casino Resort, and how much does it cost?
Mount Airy Casino Resort has plenty of free self-parking spots surrounding the casino and hotel. We also have valet parking at the hotel entrance, subject to availability.

Do I have to pay to become a member?
Membership in the Player’s Club is free. Simply stop by the Player’s Club, present a valid photo ID, and fill out an application. Your card will be issued immediately. You must be 21 or older to participate.
What happens if I forget or lose my Mount Airy Player’s Club Card?
Simply stop by the Player’s Club and present a valid photo ID, and a new card will be provided at no charge.
Where is the Player’s Club?
The Player’s Club is located across from the coat check on the second level. You can also visit our Bus Center for assistance.
What is my PIN code?
Your personal four-digit PIN code lets you access special offers from your Mount Airy Player’s Club Card. If you do not know your personal PIN code, please visit the Player’s Club. You can also change your PIN code to a four-digit number of your choice just by visiting the Player’s Club.
What happens if I forget my PIN code?
Simply visit the Player’s Club. Please note that entering an incorrect number three times will inactivate the PIN code, and you will need to go to the Player’s Club for assistance.

Why do I get a white ticket from the slot machine instead of coins?
These convenient tickets let you carry your winnings—rather than a cup full of heavy coins—right in your pocket. You can either insert the ticket into another slot machine for additional play or cash it in at any of our automated redemption machines located throughout the gaming floor. Just remember that, inside Mount Airy Casino Resort, this ticket is the equivalent of cash and cannot be replaced if lost. Tickets expire 180 days after issuance.
How old do you have to be to gamble at the casino?
You must be 21 or older to enter the casino floor and/or gamble at Mount Airy Casino Resort. You must have and show a valid photo ID.
