Title Systems Support Manager

Description The System Support Manager oversees all IT iSeries functions and systems to include, but not limited to, data architecture, capacity management, applications development, internet/intranet development, systems integration, telecommunications, system documentation, user support, policy and procedure development, technical standards, methods, schedules, backup and recovery, 24/7 systems support and project management, etc. Exceptional technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Cisco, Microsoft Windows, LINUX and AS400.Security experience including firewalls, antivirus, spyware, SPAM management, and VPN Hardware experience.   On-call availability; Must be a min. of 18 years of age or older upon employment.Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and at least 4 years of related field experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or relevant certificates (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MCSE) .  Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the employees throughout all levels of the Mount Airy Resort Casino.
